Unlike the big media outlets (Rivals, 247Sports, On3), which often wait to rate athletes after they’ve been offered by major programs, our mission is to evaluate talent early, based on what truly matters — your ability, not your offer sheet.
At Recruiting Master List, we flip the script. Our star ratings and division projections are based on a detailed and honest evaluation process, not hype or followers.
🔍 What We Look At
Every athlete is evaluated on a combination of:
Game film (highlight tape & in-game performance)
Verified measurables (height, weight, 40-yard dash, etc.)
Level of competition (school size, district, opponents)
Camp and showcase footage
Twitter/X clips and visibility
We leave no stone unturned. If there’s film or data on you, we’ll find it, review it, and provide a projection that helps guide your recruiting journey.

Our star ratings come paired with a projected college level (FBS, FCS, D2, NAIA, etc.). This isn’t to discourage — it’s to give you a blueprint for success.
Starting your recruiting process by targeting the right level programs gives you the best shot at generating real interest and building momentum. As your exposure grows, so can your opportunities.
