About Coach Scott Gonzalez
My name is Coach Scott Gonzalez, and Iāve dedicated my career to helping athletes take the next step in their athletic journeyābecause Iāve lived it myself.
š Player Turned Coach
I began my collegiate playing career at Blinn Junior College, competing at one of the top JUCO programs in the country. I then transferred to Sam Houston State University, where I was a proud member of the 2011 and 2012 Bearkat teams that made back-to-back appearances in the FCS National Championship. Playing at that level taught me the value of preparation, perseverance, and most importantlyābuilding relationships.

Since 2017, Iāve served as a High School Football Coach and Recruiting Coordinator, working directly with student-athletes and college coaches across all levels. That same year, after taking on my first recruiting coordinator role, I built what would eventually become the Recruiting Master List (RML)āa tool designed to expand access to verified contact information for college coaches across every level: NCAA D1, D2, D3, NAIA, and JUCO.
Researching coaches’ information is a VERY Time Consuming Process, but I know how much it matters to be seen!

What started as a personal project to get my own players recruited has grown into a national platform used by athletes, families, and programs coast to coast. The Recruiting Master List is now available to ALL athletes who want to take their recruitment into their own hands, connect directly with College Coaches, and maximize their chances to play College Sports.

Iām also proud to have worked as a Verified Scout with PrepRedzone, one of the most respected recruiting networks in the country. Through PrepRedzone and PrepNetwork, Iāve produced reliable athlete evaluations and star ratings that have helped student-athletes gain real traction with college programs. That same insight is now part of the RML Scouting Reportāoffered to athletes who want professional-level feedback to go along with their film and contact outreach.
